If your clients will be individual leaders, begin with the Professional. If your work already involves teams, sponsors or organizational systems, enroll in the Advanced from the start.
A rule of 24 weeks. Weeks 1 to 12 are the same for both programs, and the Professional Certificate is complete at week 12. The Advanced Certificate continues through weeks 13 to 24 and is complete at week 24. Week 6 is the last week to switch between them freely.

Both pathways share the first twelve weeks. Cohorts are planned around your initial selection, with the option to switch pathways up to week 6. Faculty can talk this through with you before you commit.
Taught live, in cohorts of 6 to 8 senior peers

Both programs meet online twice a week, alongside your current role, with peers who bring 15 years or more of leadership.
