Claristrat was founded by Dr. Fabiana Pereira Hotz — an executive coach and senior advisor to Fortune 500 boards, founders, and C-suites. Over a 25-year career spanning Accenture, Deloitte, and high-growth scale-ups, Fabiana led more than $200M in transformation programs across finance, healthcare, technology, public sector, and consumer industries.
She built the Claristrat Method™ as a single architecture from the core concepts of systems thinking, depth psychology, adult development theory, and applied neuroscience. The result is a sustained effort to integrate what each intellectual tradition gets right into a single coherent architecture designed from the ground up for the realities of senior leadership.

Each cohort is a co-regulated learning environment, not a classroom. Faculty model the presence, inquiry, and feedback they are teaching.
