Your Accreditation

How the ICF accreditation works

Earn your certificate

Complete the Claristrat program and earn a school certificate that validates your training, mentoring, and readiness.

The ICF standard

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the global benchmark most organizations require before hiring executive coaches. It guarantees quality through tiered credentials, starting with the ACC, advancing to the PCC, and capping at the Master level (MCC) for those with 2,500+ coaching hours.

Apply to the ICF

Apply to the ICF with your school certificate. The ICF reviews your education and required coaching hours.

The application

The ICF requires foundational training from an accredited institution. Claristrat provides the exact curriculum, mentor coaching, and school certification required to submit your application, alongside dedicated support for building your executive practice.

Achieve the credential

Pass the ICF performance evaluation. Earn your ACC or PCC and join the global ICF community.

The credential

Once you meet the ICF's required coaching hours, you will submit your Claristrat certificate and pass a rigorous ethics exam. Even while working toward this final credential, you are fully equipped to coach professionally. Clients will hire you for your leadership record and the strategic results your method drives.
