UPCOMING COHORTS

Three levels.
One coherent journey.

The Claristrat path mirrors the ICF credential ladder — ACC through MCC — while adding the systemic and developmental depth that standard programs omit. Each level builds on the last. The first is open now. Level 2 (PCC Path) opens in Fall 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. No prior coaching training is required. What is required is seniority, genuine curiosity about human development, and a willingness to do personal work alongside professional skill-building.

The program is designed for senior leaders who want to deepen presence, listening, and problem-solving skills for self or in support of others. Graduates may decide to coach professionally as part of their current or upcoming roles — whether formally or informally.

  • Depth requires constraint. A cohort of eight C- and SVP-level leaders means every peer coaching session, every live discussion, and every piece of feedback carries real weight. It also means that the faculty will get to support each participant's development arc personally.

Given our philosophy of “Learning by Becoming”, our programs go beyond skill-building. They function as developmental containers, which requires a room small enough so trust-building can be effective and real.

  • Six to eight hours per week. That includes two live sessions of 2.5 hours each, plus two to four hours of asynchronous study — including pre-reads, reflection exercises, and/or coaching practice.

The asynchronous content is designed to be completed at your own pace within each week before respective live sessions. The program is highly pedagogical and yet demanding by design, so you gain the required functional mastery for real life application.

  • ICF-aligned certification programs provide the competency training, coaching feedback, and mentoring hours required to apply to the ICF Certified Coach credential pertinent to its level - either ACC, PCC or MCC.

The credential itself is granted independently by the International Coaching Federation upon successful completion of their application process, which includes proof of training (which we will furnish you upon program completion), submission of coaching recordings (if required by the specific level), and a knowledge assessment.

Claristrat supports participants through that application as part of the program. In addition, you will receive a Claristrat-emitted credential pertinent to your program completion.

  • After payment, you will receive a link to schedule a brief assessment discussion to start confirming program fit. This is standard for all cohort participants and exists to protect the quality and coherence of the peer group.

Applicants who do not meet entry criteria - at this stage or after the Hogan Leadership profile debrief - will receive a refund (minus Hogan assessment costs, if pertinent) within five business days.

If you have questions about your fit before enrolling, you are invited to schedule the assessment conversation first. Your place in the cohort is confirmed upon payment.

  • Life happens. If you need to miss up to four sessions during a cohort, recordings are available and this will not disrupt your program completion.

Deferral to a future cohort is considered on a case-by-case basis and depends on availability.

Withdrawals after the 7-day grace period after classes begin are non-refundable. Full details are available in our refund policy.

If you have specific scheduling concerns, raise them before enrolling — that conversation is always worth having.

  • One partial scholarship is offered per cohort. It is reserved for leaders working in education or social impact who are committed to applying their coaching skills in service of their communities — not for individual practice-building.
