Claristrat was founded by Dr. Fabiana Pereira Hotz — an executive coach and senior advisor to Fortune 500 boards, founders, and C-suites. Over a 25-year career spanning Accenture, Deloitte, and high-growth scale-ups, Fabiana led more than $200M in transformation programs across finance, healthcare, technology, public sector, and consumer industries.

She built the Claristrat Method™ as a single architecture from the core concepts of systems thinking, depth psychology, adult development theory, and applied neuroscience. The result is a sustained effort to integrate what each intellectual tradition gets right into a single coherent architecture designed from the ground up for the realities of senior leadership.

The cycle is lived, not studied

Students move through Intentional Awareness, Dynamic Meaning, and Iterative Transformation — on themselves, with real stakes — before they hold the process for clients. You cannot teach what you have not inhabited. Each program is an actual growth experience.

Every session reflects the whole arc

The three-phase cycle operates at every scale simultaneously — the program, the engagement, the single session. Each session is a complete developmental loop. The client rehearses the process in every conversation — building the muscle until they can run it without the coach.

The cohort is a living system

Each cohort is a co-regulated learning environment, not a classroom. Faculty model the presence, inquiry, and feedback they are teaching. Psychological safety and developmental stretch are held simultaneously. The admission gate is required because the quality of the cohort is a core part of the learning.

Insight becomes capacity, not content

The goal is not graduates who know the method. It is practitioners who think systemically, act ethically, and serve generatively in environments of increasing complexity. The method becomes muscle memory.
