The principle at the centre of the method, that you cannot take a client somewhere you have not been willing to go yourself, is not a teaching position. It is an autobiographical one.

A confessed bibliophile, Fabiana has read a few thousand scholarly books in the search for key knowledge that might help her operationalize human development. The Claristrat Method™ emerged directly from 39 of these volumes.

It is a sustained effort to integrate what each intellectual tradition gets right about human development, and to build the architecture missing at their intersection. Systems thinking, depth psychology, adult development theory, applied neuroscience, somatics, assessment science, leadership frameworks — each tradition contributes a lens the others don't fully address.

The method modularizes and articulates core concepts from this multidisciplinary body of knowledge in a single coherent structure, designed from the ground up for the realities of consequential leadership.

Dominique spent the first decade of his career as COO at an architecture and engineering firm in Paris before moving to North America, where he led Canadian operations for Mercuri International Group and built advisory relationships with organizations including Google and HSBC.

Through his practice Consciousness Unleashed® and his work as founder of LEA — The Leadership Evolution Architects, Dominique works at the intersection of inner governance and strategic clarity. His focus is the internal operating system that determines how a leader performs under pressure: the nervous system of the organisation scales from the nervous system of its leaders. As mentor coach on the Claristrat program, he brings this lens to every student's mentored practice.

Dominique's mentoring is not simply feedback on technique. With integrity and vulnerability, he creates a safe developmental mirror surfacing what the student cannot yet see in their own approach.

His training in Internal Family Systems, Leadership Circle Profile, and Co-Active Coaching gives him a multi-layered vocabulary for what happens in the space between coach and client. Students who work with Dominique learn the difference between running a process and being present for change.

Thomaz spent two decades as a senior executive at GSK, Unilever, and Dow Chemical across Latin America leading organizational development, change management, HR strategy, and global manufacturing and supply operations at director level.

He has sat in the rooms where global organizations decide how people are developed, deployed, and led. He knows the gap between what is said about development and what is actually done.

Since 2009, he has built a parallel practice as partner at Artisan Consultoria, one of Brazil's leading organizational consulting firms, and as founder of CUORE, a Rio de Janeiro-based executive coaching practice. His executive development programs have reached thousands of leaders across multinationals in Brazil and Latin America: in banking, FMCG, steel, mining, media, healthcare, and construction.

The bridge between

Thomaz's training in Ontological Coaching, Systemic Organizational Consulting, and Pathwork Group Facilitation gives him a distinctive capacity: to hold both the individual leader's development and the organizational system they are embedded in simultaneously. He sees the structural forces that shape behavior — the governance gaps, the incentive misalignments, the cultural norms that make certain changes hard — and brings that systemic literacy directly into the classroom.

As assisting faculty, Thomaz brings the Latin American context and the accumulated wisdom of thousands of development engagements. For a program working in four languages across six continents, his ground-level experience is a pillar.

Debbie has spent her career inside the transformation of modern organizations. From early ecommerce platforms to today’s AI-enabled customer ecosystems, she has worked with global companies navigating digital change and customer experience transformation.

As a Managing Partner at Accenture, she led CX/EX strategy across a $200M portfolio within the Accenture Microsoft Business Group, guiding major enterprises through complex transformation programs. But over time she observed something many transformation efforts overlook. Organizations do not transform if people don’t.

Today Debbie focuses on executive development, mentoring, and leadership facilitation — helping leaders reflect on how their own mindset, presence, and leadership patterns shape the organizations they lead. Her work invites executives to step back from operational urgency and consider a deeper question: who must I become to lead the change I want to create?
