Claristrat was created by Fabiana Pereira Hotz, an executive coach and senior advisor to Fortune 500 boards, founders, and C-suites.
Over a 25-year career spanning Accenture, Deloitte, and high-growth scale-ups, Fabiana has led more than $200M in transformation programs across finance, healthcare, technology, public sector, and consumer industries.
Frustrated by the lack of consistent, measurable impact in standard executive coaching, Fabiana built Claristrat’s proprietary framework to create a scalable, results-driven model that links leadership growth directly to business outcomes.
The Claristrat Core Method™ for leadership development integrates Columbia University’s 3CP and other coaching leading practices with Systems Thinking, Leadership Psychology, Adult and Organizational Development.
