Coaching practice with feedback
Over a dozen peer coaching opportunities, five of each with formal written feedback on official ICF competency markers.
Mentor coaching, group and 1:1
7 group mentor coaching sessions plus 3 individual mentor coaching sessions. ICF-aligned, faculty-led.
1:1 executive coaching cycle

Asynchronous learning at your pace

Senior leaders bring situations that cannot be solved with a best practice solution: the right one does not exist in advance. Most treat complexity as an issue. We teach it as a domain, with clear action steps.

Senior roles ask for the capacity to hold complexity, competing truths, and one's own contribution to the mess, all at once. Subject-object theory is the most useful account of how that capacity is built.

Senior coaching happens under pressure, and the leader's nervous system is doing things they cannot narrate. A coach without nervous system literacy will coach the talk and miss the work.
